This Privacy Policy explains how Glass Squad ("Glass Squad," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information about you when you visit www.glass-squad.com (the "Site") or contact us to request a glass estimate or service. By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to the practices described here. Use of the Site is also governed by our Terms of Service.

Who we are

Glass Squad is a custom glass company based in Carrollton, Texas, serving the Dallas–Fort Worth metro. We design, fabricate, install and maintain frameless shower enclosures, glass railing systems, glass countertops and surfaces, mirrors, and storefront and architectural glass for homes and businesses.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you request a free estimate through the form on our Site, you may provide:

• Your name and contact details (such as email address and phone number);
• Your property or project address and location;
• Details about the glass project you're interested in (service type, scope, timing and any notes you choose to share).

Our estimate form is provided and processed by Jobber, our scheduling and client-management provider. Information you enter is transmitted securely to Jobber and into our scheduling system so our team can follow up, confirm scope and arrange an on-site measure. Jobber processes this information on our behalf under its own terms and privacy policy.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we and our analytics providers automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, such as your device and browser type, approximate location (derived from IP address), pages viewed, referring pages, and interactions with the Site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and analytics tools" below).

Cookies and analytics tools

We use the following third-party tools to understand how the Site is used and to measure our advertising. These providers may set cookies or use similar technologies and process data under their own privacy policies:

• Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics & Google Ads — to manage site tags, understand how visitors use the Site, and measure the performance of our advertising campaigns (for example, whether an ad led to an estimate request).
• Meta Pixel — to measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram advertising, such as visits and estimate requests that came from an ad.
• AUBO Analytics — first-party marketing analytics that helps us understand which channels and pages bring in estimate requests.
• Microsoft Clarity — aggregated usage analytics, including heatmaps and session insights, used to improve the Site's layout and usability.

Your cookie choices

When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you Accept or Decline these analytics and advertising tools, and you can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer of every page. If you decline, we do not load AUBO Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or the Meta Pixel, and Google tags run in a restricted mode that does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Visitors from regions that require prior consent see these tools only after choosing Accept. We also honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a request to opt out.

The estimate form works whether or not you accept cookies. You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to respond to your request, provide our services, and meet our legal, accounting and business requirements. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

• You can decline to provide information, though we may then be unable to prepare an estimate;
• You can decline or withdraw consent to analytics and advertising cookies at any time through Cookie settings in the Site footer, or by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser;
